Our Main Product Range
We specialize in one‑step injection‑molded footwear. Our production process bonds uppers and outsoles together by machine in a single forming procedure. With a daily output of up to 3000 pairs, we are able to offer our customers competitive wholesale prices.
Our shoe collection covers a wide variety of styles, including loafers, Mary Jane shoes, casual sneakers, anti‑slip hiking boots and work shoes. For uppers, we adopt multiple materials such as fly‑knit fabric, PU leather, suede and other textile fabrics. Our outsoles are mainly made of PVC and PU.
Fly‑knit is our flagship upper material. Our local footwear industrial chain has been well‑established since the 1980s, giving us rich experience in fly‑knit shoe manufacturing.
Fly‑knit uppers stand out for great air permeability. Tiny woven gaps allow air circulation inside the shoes, keeping feet dry and cool in hot summer weather. The fabric is lightweight and soft, bringing a sock‑like close‑fitting wearing experience.
This material supports diverse surface customizations. We can apply offset printing, heat‑transfer logos, hot‑fix rhinestones and embroidery on fly‑knit surfaces to realize countless style variations. It is also available to bond extra inner lining onto fly‑knit fabric. After lining compounding, the upper looks and feels the same as mainstream market daily‑use sneakers.
Fly‑knit fabric works for multiple seasons. Without lining, it makes breathable summer footwear. With thick lining compounded, it can be made into warm winter shoes.
With identical uppers, PVC outsoles come at a lower cost. They support higher production volume, yet they are relatively stiff, less elastic and not as wear‑resistant compared with PU. PU outsoles are slightly more expensive, but deliver better slip resistance, higher abrasion performance and greater comfort for longer‑time wear. We would recommend PU outsoles for most markets. Our PU injection‑molded slippers for summer also feature reliable quality and comfortable wearing experience.
Please note that our outsoles are PVC or PU, not high‑end EVA or carbon‑fiber materials. Therefore our shoes are ideal for daily walking and casual use, rather than professional running scenarios. For cold seasons, we also supply injection‑molded winter snow‑style boots as our key winter items.
