Available upper materials: fly‑knit fabric, PU leather, suede and other textile fabrics. All these styles adopt injection‑molded outsoles, mainly PVC and PU. Upper and outsole are formed together by machine.
2. PVC vs PU Injection Outsole — Choose For Your Market
With the same upper material, PVC outsole costs less than PU. There are key differences for your reference:
- PVC Outsole Lower unit price, higher production output. However, it is relatively stiff, less flexible, and has poorer abrasion resistance. Suitable for cost‑sensitive, budget‑oriented markets.
- PU Outsole Better flexibility, elasticity and wear resistance. Higher material cost. Perfect for markets requiring better comfort and longer service life.

3. Available Size Range for Existing Molds
Most of our existing injection molds focus on women’s sizes: EU 35‑41. For unisex styles sharing the same outsole mold:
- Women: EU 36‑43
- Men: EU 39‑44, partial molds support EU 45.
If you need sizes larger than our existing mold coverage, new custom molds will be required, with extra mold‑development costs. Please contact us in advance for mold quotation if you need extended sizes.
